'Healthy development.' This is the vision set forth by Lee Seon-sim, the 25th president of the Korean Beauty Society Federation. This election was won by the original intention, the center, and the sincerity. The power to defeat the black slander came from a healthy pledge.

 

In the election held on June 20, Chairman Lee won 375 votes and became the chairman. This is 55.3% of the 678 voting population, more than half. Judge Lee won a landslide victory, 165 votes ahead of his runner-up candidate.

 

The Korea Beauty Society Federation held a press conference today (26th) at 11:00 am to commemorate the election of President Lee Seon-sim. 

 

The law of attraction & condensation of positivity

“I wonder what the delegates were thinking when they elected me. Progress, doesn't it mean I believe in you? I take the words 'I believe in you' to my heart.”

 

Public sentiment was moved by the highly reliable pledge. Tables were gathered. Chairman Lee's positive energy attracted votes.

 

“The Korea Beauty Society is an organization that represents hairdressers. A few noises can't obscure the whole. We plan to reorganize the organization with a great goal of developing beauty artists and the beauty industry.”

 

Chairman Lee is determined to believe in the 25th executive team and play for the members who will follow. The goal is to create a progressive organization by establishing a developmental strategy.

 

Change and Innovation 'Strong Community'

 

Chairman Lee Seon-sim promotes change and innovation. It is to transform the Korean beauty society into a strong and powerful organization. This contrasts with the soft slogan of 'together' in his 24th term.

 

“The core of the pledge presented in this election is change and innovation. It is a strategy to solve the problems faced by the body while working in the Korean beauty society for 20 years. We will gather the power of beauticians and push forward one by one.”

 

It plans to confront the forces that divide the association and those who do not accept the election results. This is because we need to gather our strength to carry out the heap of tasks.

 

'We go high' Upward leveling of the beauty industry

Chairman Lee Seon-sim suffered from an unprecedented negative in this election. However, rather than responding in the same way, he bet on a game with a promise.

For the first time in the history of the Korean beauty society, he reduced the term of office for the first time, creating a framework for generational change. He paid off more than 60% of his debt. It blocked the revision of the Public Health Management Act, including the poison clause. He demonstrated the possibility of innovation and the results of reform.

 

Chairman Lee said, “We will continue to change and innovate.” Emphasizes “I will make the obvious things happen and keep them”. It is also a will to solve things that have not been taken for granted by adding creativity and possibility.

 

Until June 2027, when the 25th chairman is in office, Chairman Lee Seon-sim promotes △ enactment of the Beauty Industry Promotion Act △ establishment of a beauty culture center △ elevation of the Korea Beauty Festival to an international event △ establishment of the Asia Beauty Association. It plans to create a healthy beauty ecosystem based on the advancement of beauty management and the promotion of beauticians' welfare.

 

The Korea Beauty Society Federation will hold a board meeting at the end of this month to form the 25th executive team. On the 17th of next month, the 25th Chairman Seon-Shim Lee will hold an inauguration ceremony.
